The Parents and Citizens' Association (P&C) is a group of people who take on a formal role in supporting the Richmond State School (RSS). P&Cs exist to promote the school's interest, facilitate the school's development, and contribute to the school's improvement.
A vibrant P&C Association with members who actively contribute can create a strong sense of community and generate positive outcomes for the school. Participating in the P&C contributes both to the wider school community and to the education of your child. Research shows that parents who are engaged in their child's education make a significant contribution to the child's success at school
